Have you ever decided that you don't like someone after the very first meeting?
. . . too often, people lack the interpersonal skills necessary to close the gap
between their differences. This leads to ineffective working relationships and
occasionally to outright conflict. This is not only harmful to a company's operations,
but it can also be very damaging to an employee's employment and career.
Light recipes for different personality types:
The
following list describes a variety of difficult personality types you might encounter
at the work place, and what Light energy you can use to help support them.
Complainers
- Have a negative outlook and always complain about their endless problems.
A dark cloud follows them everywhere. They want you to feel sorry for them, and
they can bring morale down with their negative outlook.
Light
recipe - Use the Orange-Red Flame to cut through the negative energy (and literal
dark cloud) they've placed around themselves. Then use the Blue-White Fire for
new healing energy. Next, call on the Pink Ray for love, forgiveness and gratitude,
and the Orange Ray for joy, enthusiasm and excitement. Finally, use Gold for courage,
faith, confidence and self-esteem.
Demanders
- They need everything now! Or better yet, yesterday! They give co-workers, subordinates
and customers unrealistic deadlines and expectations. Rush requests can create
stresses and force mistakes.
Light recipe - Start with the Pink Ray to forgive those who can't seem to move
fast enough. Use the Emerald Green Ray to instill balance and patience. Try the
Purple Ray for calmness under pressure. Send the Yellow Ray for focus and concentration,
and finish with the Gold Ray to provide wisdom.
Victims - Have low self-esteem and fear of failure. They are afraid
to try new things. They usually feel helpless, make excuses and get defensive
when things don't work out. They will defend themselves to the death, even when
they're not being accused. They feel incapable but won't ask for help because
they're too embarrassed.
Light
recipe - Send them the Orange-Red Flame to dissolve negative energy, and then
the Blue-White Fire for new, healing energy. Use the Pink Ray for love, compassion,
mercy and forgiveness of self and others. Give them the Silver Ray to alter their
thinking process, and then the White Ray to protect the subconscious mind from
negative thought forms. Give them the Purple Ray for calmness, and then the Gold
Ray for confidence and self-esteem.
