Cancellation/Return Policy:
Customers may cancel book orders for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped. Orders returned within 14 days of delivery can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping from Agents of Light to the customer and a 20% restocking fee. We cannot issue a refund for books that are in less than new condition, damaged or missing pages.
Customers may cancel their subscription to Circle of Lights Journal after the first issue for a refund, minus the cost of shipping from Agents of Light to the customer, and the prorated cost of issues already shipped to customer.
Privacy Policy:
Information provided by our customers is not shared or sold to others. We may send our customers follow-up e-mails to announce additional products or services.
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service.
